Meaningful friendships in which we can truly be ourselves are not prevalent in most people’s lives. For mothers, such relationships are the main protection against feelings of isolation.
Some mothers find a group too intimidating and hard to open up and share their experience. Yet, they still yearn for a close relationship with another mother with whom they can speak their mind and express authentic feelings.

I'm inviting you to experience "Buddy Work"- economical, time efficient framework which helps connect two moms, and guide them in developing a trusting supporting relationship, where they can communicate honestly and freely with one another while each explores her life as a mother.
A unique form of relational work that focuses on building and nurturing the emotional closeness and the trust moms need and wish for.

You may choose a friend or an acquaintance you wish to deepen your relationship with, or be matched with another mother you don’t yet know, but with whom you soon will establish a close, authentic and trusting relationship.
